Orchard Hill Wendell is a 2011 Suffolk Punch Draft stallion. He is registered with the North American Suffolk Horse Association, the American Sugarbush Harlequin Draft Association - Main Book and is an approved outcross for the American Cream Draft Horse Association.

Wendell stands at 16H and weighs in at about 1500lbs. His kind temperament and willingness make him a pleasure to be around and work. He has exceptional freedom of movement and correct draft horse conformation, which he has passed down to his offspring.... (read more) He has a lovely cadence stride and powerful canter. Wendell has been driven extensively and takes to it naturally. He will bring bone, balance, and beautiful movement to your breeding program.

His 2020 filly was recently Supreme Heavy Draft Halter Reserve Champion in a show with over 500 entries.

He was imported to the United States by The Eakin Family of Rock Springs Farm in the Spring of 2019. ​Wendell is currently being offered at stud to a select number of outside mares via fresh chilled AI. He has sired both registered Suffolk and crossbred foals. His semen tested at an impressive 90% Total Motility and 80% Progressive Motility which is well above average among draft stallions.
