Judah was foaled on March 29th, 2016. He is a gorgeous blue roan jack with a blaze, primitive striping, a shoulder cross, excellent bone, and superb breeding and conformation. Lake Nowhere Judah, son of now-deceased AMJR PCF Genesis (grandson of Preacher, great-grandson of BullyBoy and great-great-grandson of JenJack), has one of the finest heritage American bloodlines in the US. He is currently 15hh and will mature even taller. His sire was 15.... (read more) 2hh and his dam is 15.3hh. Judah is dual- registered with both ADMS and AMJA.
Judah exemplifies everything General George Washington was aspiring to produce when, in 1786 he bred his first Spanish jack to a Maltese jennet to create, what would become known as, the American Mammoth Jackstock donkey breed to improve mule production in the colonies. Two hundred and twenty years later, we are proud to continue his vision and legacy. Judah gaits in the pasture but he also produces fantastic foals with non-gaited mares and superb draft mules. Judah has an extremely calm and gentle disposition. As a 6-month-old he visited out local senior center, and he has been the star of two events to raise money for our local animal shelter. This year we started him under saddle and we plan on training his to drive as well. He was the easiest animal we ever started under saddle and he is incredibly intelligent, kind, and willing. J Judah had a fantastic second breeding season as a three-year-old with 16 mares and four jennets confirmed in foal. His second crop of foals this year exceeded all our expectations. We are happy to provide more photos of his offspring upon request and there are many on our website. All his 2019 and 2020 foals have been sold but please stay tuned as he will have several mules and mammoth donkey foals to choose from in 2021. We are offering live cover, on-site AI, and shipped cooled semen starting with great success. Please e-mail us at our email address for more information and our breeding contract.
