Romance was foaled 2008 in County Kerry, Ireland, by Pennmerryls Rhythm And Blues, Out of A Red Hackle Mare. Romance was inspected and approved as a three year old with the IDHS(GB), and is registered with HSI, and IDHS(NA).

Romance stands publicly to a limited number of mares for Live Cover each season.
