Wubbe, affectionately known as Bolero, is a wonderful Friesian Stallion. He is the epitome of everything that the Friesian breed stands for - loyalty, beauty, functionality, strength and intelligence. Bolero was imported from Holland and brought to the US to train with Sabine Shut-Kerry in his early years and then moved to Beverly Hills as a family horse. Bolero is a true showman - winning multiple Regional, National and World Titles in Dressage, Liberty, In-Hand, and Western. He has a sound mind, wonderful temperament, amazing extended trot, smooth gaits and a great willingness to work.
Bolero's sire, Feitse, was approved for FPS breeding in 1991, and registered with very high scores for his performance testing (8s for basic gaits, and 9s for character and train-ability). He always received a 1st premium at the FPS Stallion Inspections and was Reserve Champion Stallion twice. In 2001 he was awarded with the ultimate predicate a breeding stallion can receive, Preferent status. Bolero's grandfather Jochem and great grandfather Mark and great-great grandfather Tetman all received the prestigious Preferent status on his fraternal side. Grandfather on his maternal side, Gerlof, was awarded 1st Premie stallion for 8 consecutive years. We expect Bolero to pass on his exceptional traits to his offspring.
