Royal Apache Tears is an eye-catching double homozygous black tobiano stallion standing over 16hh. He has a beautiful head, great bone and conformation and a wonderful willing disposition that he passes on to his foals. He sires big, strong foals with great conformation and lots of color!
‘Monty’ as we call him, has been tested by Animal Genetics in Florida and is double homozygous. That means he is homozygous for the tobiano gene as well as the black color. He will never produce a red foal regardless of the color of the dam. The foals will all be black based - black, brown, bay. If bred to palominos, roans, duns or greys, the foals could be also buckskins, blue roans, grullos and greys. Monty has one striking blue eye.
