He is also a half brother to Strait From Tx. We got a late start on showing Coy and in limited shows he has earned his ROM in heading and heeling. Points in steer stopping too. He has won year end high point Jr horse, Colorado Gold Circuit Champion Jr heading, and was a 2008 finalist in Jr Heeling at the APHA World Show. Coy is balanced, thick boned, and level headed with a puppy dog type disposition. His first foal crop, in 2007, have not only inherited his mellow ways but also his beauty and conformation.
