Additional Comments:
This stallion was a rescue. Owners of a mustang mare, bred their mare to an ApHC stud and got this colt. This colt was sold to a woman who neglected him. Another woman took him in and fed him but did no other training nor handling of any sort. She bred him to two quarter horses (both producing black with characteristics) and a paint mare (which resulted in a chestnut pintaloosa with black spots).

We took this stallion in and have trained him to become a good riding horse. He's proven himself worthy of being called a "MIRACLE HORSE" in every way possible.

We are breeding him to our ApHC x AQHA mare and our APHA mare for 2014 foals.

We are offering others the chance to breed their mares to this stallion for a very small fee to help with training and retiring this Stallion.

He is a true black, two blue eyes, two socks, snowflakes and spots over hips. He stands very correct, he's agile, willing, and extremely smart for never being handled before. It took us three days and we had a rider on him! It's been steady exponential progress since!

This guy is thick like the old style appaloosas, and has the stamina of the appaloosa X mustang combo!

This horse's dam is a blue roan appy mustang out of the Nevada/Idaho bands.

I have information on his sire as well.

Jk Farming - We are a small family farm not out to make millions, but rather to be a sustainable keystone in our community. We started in Wisconsin with our cattle and horses and pigs. We have moved to Northern California where do most of our business now. We run about 60 head of beef cattle (registered and commercial) herefords and Texas Longhorns, along with several ranch horses, including paints, quarter horses, appaloosas, POAs, and a thoroughbred stallion. We still have pigs, although our numbers are considerably down from the 300+ pigs to our mere three adults. Again, we are happy to do business with new clients and friends... All of our proceeds go to helping our community (and some back to us to feed and pay for the animals we love). Please contact us for more information.
