"Mr Sundance Mccue" aka Sundance is a 1994 son of World Champion producer King Stormy Mccue, and half brother to Sugar Bars Mccue, top ten World Champion in 1999. He is from the Kingfisher line, and has an extensive pedigree of black overos.

Sundance is Homozygous for the black gene, meaning he will never produce a chestnut, or sorrel foal, no matter the color of your mare! He produces mainly blacks and black overos. By 2003 and 42 foals, 29 were black/black overo by dams of all varieties of color. He has also produced duns, Silver Grullas, and a set of live healthy twins.

Sundance stands 15.1hh tall and is heavier boned that the average modern APHA horses. His personality is very low key and docile. He can be handled without a chain (which is a requirement at this farm) and is VERY gentleman-like and easy with his mares.

Sundance has produced offspring who are showing in Cutting, Reining, and Halter; point earning. Has had many foals pictured in the American Paint Horse Journal.

Sundance is available for Live Cover only. His 2013 breeding fee is $200 LFG. And we mean for a foal that stands and nurses on it's own! There are not currently any other Homozygous Black Overos in the USA at stud for this price.
