SPACE IS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE FOR A BREEDING STALLION OF EITHER SHOW OR RACING BACKGROUND.
Stallion barn consists of four 10x12ft box stalls, wash area and large grass turnout.
Broodmare barn consists of four 10x12ft box stalls; two 12x20ft foaling stalls; tackroom; medicine room; restroom; wash area; breeding shed and two 2.5 acres pastures.
All pastures and turnouts are grass with post & rail fencing.
Easy access to Interstate 20.
