Additional Comments:
Standing Stallion here at Far West is Quick Trigger, beautiful and HE KNOWS IT!! This magnificent horse is the pride of our farm. Flawless conformation, striking slightly dished face, and the most natural loose rhythm we’ve ever seen.

Quick Trigger is bred to be a Champion and to sire show quality, pleasure companions or show ring prospects. He has a long reaching stride with a lengthy front end and loads of rhythm and head shake that he passes onto his foals, as well as his stunningly beautiful conformation, fun loving temperament, and color (did we mention he is a Smokey Black!!!!).

Trigger is Heterozygous for the cream Dilution Gene (He is a Black horse with a cream gene). Meaning that if he passes on the cream gene Bay will be diluted to buckskin, chestnut to palomino, and black to smoky black. These colors can be further modified if crossed with other genes such as gray, roan, etc.

Trigger is sired by the 2004 Senior Stallion/Gelding Open Model World Grand Champion Trip-My-Trigger-P. Who is out of the well known WGC Southern Sunrise and a mare out of the 1989 WGC Missouri’s Bobbie Sue and the 1985 Reserve WGC Missouri’s Outlaw.

His Dam was sired by the 1980 4 year Old World Grand Champion Missouri Rambler E. out of the legendary 1975 Mid-America Champion Missouri Traveler E who is the son of 1968 WGC Zane Grey. Her dam was sired by a son of the 1945 and1946 World Grand Champion Tennessee Walker Midnight Sun and a grand daughter of the 1947 and 1948 World Grand Champion Tennessee Walker Merry Go Boy.

Breeding to Trigger not only gives you the opportunity to cross your mare with a touch of almost all the successful bloodlines known to the Fox trotter breed but also two of the most influential Tennessee Walkers of all time. Don’t miss your chance to get a remarkably well breed foal with color, conformation, rhythm, reach, and personality.
