Spur Buddy is a stout 15hh Chestnut 14 year old AQHA Stallion. Spur has some greats on his papers starting with Skipper W, Three Bars, Sugar Bars and Sure Cash to just name a few. He has a excellent disposition and takes everything we throw at him in stride. He has a great mind and is extremely calm and passes this on to all of his offspring. You can lead him in and out of the breeding pen with just his halter, we never use a stud chain on him as he doesn’t need it. He hauls like a dream and is even calm at events. He has sired 14 foals and only 3 of them were colts, so if you would like a filly you have a great chance with this guy. If you have a Palomino mare, you have a 95% of a Palomino foal as he has thrown Palomino every time. His breeding is full of dilute genes: Palomino, Buckskins, Grullos and Roans. Spur has great confirmation with the nice big cheeks, low headset, and a great looking chest and rear. Spur weighs about 1200 on pasture only, and is gaining now that he is on feed.
