We have 12 large 12 by 14 stalls, all with rubber matting in the fronts. Straw is replenished daily for nice, dry bedding every night.
3 feedings daily. Turned out alone or with others daily in one of the paddocks. Shared grass field.
Hot water available for bathing in the summer, and for warm drinking water in the winter.
Scheduling and handling for regular veterinary or farrier work can be arranged.
Access to a large 96' by 120' outdoor sand ring, worked up weekly.
Also 60' roundpen for use.
Low traffic roads for riding, and room to ride on the property.

I teach you and horse together so that you can carry on his/her training & communication at home. A big downfall of some training is that once a trainer finishes with your horse, you have no idea how to ride it or work with it once you get it home. Its important to know more about communicating with and developing your horse yourself because every time you touch your horse you are either training or un training it.
A great horse is a by-product of great horsemanship
