Serenity Stables
We are managing our own barn and are welcoming boarders for August 1st. We are looking for friendly, easy going people like us who want to share the love of our horses together, in a personal environment.
We have 5 stalls available, all large 10 x 12 stalls with a nice sized barn and aisle way with cross ties and mats, we have a large tack room that can be locked and we will be setting up a little office as well and will be adding a kitchenette.
We have 10 acres and 5 different paddocks, one with a run in shed. The fields were recently reseeded with great grass and clover. There are 2 ponds on the property and a sand ring that had grown over and is a grass ring. There is a round pen as well with a light for night time. The fields are able to be ridden in as well.
Board is $275/month which includes daily turnout, a stall at night, blankets to be put on and taken off, fly masks put on and off, hay provided in the stalls, a complete feed in pellet form also provided, round bales outside during the winter, and the stalls are mucked daily. Fresh water always available inside and in the fields. Any other feed must be supplied by you.
The barn is located in Whitby, ON on Halls Rd (just north off of Taunton Rd and just before LakeRidge Rd in Ajax)
