Good Horsemanship at Rojo Pez Ranch

|
Squamish, British Columbia, Canada
Located on 25 acres in the beautiful Upper Squamish Valley, Rojo Pez Ranch is the home of Good Horsemanship. Rather than forcing obedience, Good Horsemanship's training techniques offer the horse choice, allow for individual progression and respect who the horse is as an animal, without ever compromising their dignity or confidence. The horse develops a positive mental connection to the rider, and through feel the two operate together with lightness, mutual trust and respect.
We offer natural horsemanship lessons, unwelcome behaviour resolution and foundation training that embrace these values. Please visit www.goodhorsemanship.ca for more information.

Lauren is certified to teach both Western and English riding, but her true passion remains focused on helping people better understand their own horse. She also enjoys working with horses to resolve unwanted behavioural issues, and giving horses of all ages a strong foundation of skills on which any discipline can be built. Using her knowledge of natural horsemanship, equine behaviour and ethology, Lauren assesses each horse individually and chooses the best approach, motivators and techniques to help that horse succeed and be confident. Her training approach ensures that the horse’s dignity, confidence and curiosity are never compromised. She is also equally flexible with teaching the rider, for no two people learn the same way. |
