Trailer parking and separate boarders tack room that is climate controlled and locked. Owner/Manager lives on site and there are security cameras. "Training People and Their Horses" Horses and owners are evaluated and given a tailored training plan taking into account the goals the owner wishes to obtain. Horses are trained using techniques learned by Ken McNabb, Ryan Gingretch, Parelli, Richard Shrake, and many more. The horses personality, condition, mental state, and over-all goal will be the deciding factors of how many hours and days in a row the horse gets worked. The owner will be asked to attend weekly session where they will see and learn what their horse has learned and the cues taught. Lessons or clinics can also be given to teach you how to train your own horse.

South West Park is a 5-7min walk on horseback from the facility. This park has hours of trails that the city keeps up and are free! There are also green ways all around the surrounding farm lands that is cleared to ride on. |
