Services Offered

Training
Training fee includes pasture and board and a minimum 5 hrs of training per week. The horse owner is encouraged to come each week and learn what their horse has learned. (It does very little good to have horse and rider speaking different languages) Each horse is a bit different and here they are treated as individuals. Each horse will progress in their training at different rates and learn some things better or faster than others. We DON"T push horses into things they are not ready so handle, so please don't ask. We strive to work with our horses, not just to be a slave driver; but we do expect them not to act like spoiled children, W-O-R-K is certainly a four letter word but it is a necessary evil. We strive most for a willing acceptance. Each horse is expected to learn to give to pressure which will set the basics for him to "learn to learn". We use natural horsemanship techniques to encourage an obedient, willing partner. Horses are exposed to all sorts of excitement here, Dogs, cats, children, pigs, cattle, sheep, goats, Atv's, tractor and mowers, we wont claim that when they leave here they will never be scared of anything, but that we will try to instill a trust that if they are with you they may be scared but that you will do your best as their leader to keep them safe from harm. First and foremost we
want to have a safe and fun time with our equine friends.

With the Wiakea Forest Reserve right next door we have some outstanding trails available for beginners or advanced riders.
