HRF has an extensive training program for young horses, "spooked" horses, clients looking to show on the "A" Circuit, or those just looking to advance their horse's knowledge under the guidance of an expert. HRF also welcomes Trailer-In lessons too!
We also provide lessons for beginner-advanced on experienced, fun, safe lesson mounts.
Penny Silcox has been riding, showing and training horses and riders for the past 30 years and specializes in bringing along young horses for either show or just a safe mount for everyday riding, and working with horses that have been "spooked."
Competitively, Penny achieved acclaim on the A-Rated Hunter Circuit, competing with Lynda
Kuser's Premier in the Regular Working Hunter Division. Penny has the knack for finding the right
horse for any rider at the right price. Penny's focus is always on developing a custom program that suits each individual rider's needs - and making sure to keep everything FUN!
