A little about me, I am Sierra Covell. I am one of the few professional female hitch drivers in the country that shows the 4 and 6 horse hitch and I am capable of driving up to an 8 horse hitch. I started driving at the age of 3 and was riding before that. I grew up showing everything from ponies to draft horses under saddle, in harness and in halter. At the age of 15 I started to put together my first 6 horse hitch of coming 3yr-olds, all horses I broke and the following years I took them out and showed them first time out they took 3rd. Last year in 2007 I traveled to Madison Wisconsin to the World Clydesdale show where I showed the 4th place mare in the 3yr old mare halter class (48 mares in the class) and 2nd place mare cart horse (35 mares in the class) just to name a few. We showed the top placing bunch of mare from the United States at that show and over half the mares we took were horse I started. We also had the World Champion Clydesdale Stallion cart horse, another horse I started in harness. When starting horses to ride or drive, I am quiet but firm and confident. If you are not confident in what you are teaching a horse they are not going to be confident learning it. As far as riding I have been riding for as long as I can remember and have done everything from basic colt starting to getting horses used as bucking horses riding under saddle.

This is just a little bit about me. If you would like to know more just ask.
