Whitehrust Equestrian Center (WEC) is looking for horses with potential and owners who want to go places in the world of horse sports. Whether it be barrel racing or even three day eventing, we will work with you an your horse for a better combination to get you awards and ribbons. We work with several breeds of horses including warmbloods, thoroughbreds, drafts, and gaited horses. Our training program envolves several different methods of natural horsemanship, but have the same results. Not every horse is the same and different methods will be taught to help the horse alond during training. Conventional english training methods are used as well, but with a natural touch in order to be a non-agressive instruction. We teach a horse to give to pressure and release in which is the most basic form of training. We will also make a horse safer to ride by desensitizing it to surrounding enviroments that you would normally not see any horses. We are thorough and work with many breeds of horses considered to be hyper and agressive. We will also teach the horse owner the method so they can continue moving forward at home.
