Equanimity Farm Sport Horses is a small Hanoverian breeding farm located in south central Pennsylvania. We are about 100 miles from Philadelphia, Baltimore and Washington DC.
Dedicated to the breeding and raising of Hanoverian sport horses of the finest quality. Our goal is to produce dressage and sport horses with excellent rideability and willingness to work whether for the amateur owner or for the upper level competitor.
Our broodmares have been selected not only for their bloodlines, but also for their individual characteristics of athletic ability, elasticity of movement, rideability and temperament. We carefully choose the stallions we believe best suited to each individual mare to produce the best possible offspring.
All of our foals are imprinted at birth and handled on a regular basis. We bring along four to five youngsters each year. As young horses they are taught manners and introduced to ground training. All of our babies are inspected and registered with the American Hanoverian Society. In addition they have their lifetime number with the United States Equestrian Federation (USEF).
