I offer basic riding and barrel/pole training for horses, starting cattle work/roping, starting mounted shooting, and some colt starting and problem horses depending on the situation. If you have a horse that just needs wet saddle blankets or a job, I can help with that too. I have over 9 years of experience in training horses. I use traditional and natural horsemanship training techniques. I keep up to date on new ideas and techniques through clinics, programs, and publications. I believe in teaching a horse to be a willing partner, not using pain or fear to teach. I do lots of ground work and get the foundation right before riding them and when I ride them, I take it at the pace that they are able to learn. I never force them to do something they aren't ready for. I will discipline them if they need it but only so they understand and never in a way that is detrimental to the learning process. Fees depend on situation and training goals.
