The Happy Apple Horse Stable is a family owned and very family friendly environment. Chad Rundlett has been around horses for his entire life and decided to turn his passion into a business. "Here at the barn we want everyone to feel welcome and at ease" says Chad.
No matter where you are in your horsemanship abilities there is a place for you. At The Happy Apple you can take your skills to what ever level you desire.
Even if you do not own a horse, we have horses for lease both gaited and non-gaited!

The barn is set up to help you train your own horse. We have two round pens, a large outdoor arena, a covered arena, and a training area with different activities. There is also plenty of free advice floating around the barn to point you in the direction you need to go.
We also offer the option of training your horse for you. We do colt starting and behavioral training.
Colt Starting- We will take your horse that has never been handled or ridden, and have him or her to the point where it could easily be controlled by my 8 year old daughter. Our goal is to have your horse able to be safely guided with the slightest of pressure. This option takes 3 months for optimal results.
Behavioral Training- With this option we will take your seasoned horse and correct the issues that you are having. Most of these issues come from lack of respect for their handler. We will teach your horse respect so that it becomes much more pleasant for you to spend time with your horse on the ground or in the saddle. Depending on how far along your horse is, we can accomplish this in 30 days.
We offer training for $500 per month. This option comes with a full board. All you do is supply your own grain.
We also do stallion training for $600 per month.
