Tri-Cross Ranch was established on July 4th 1976. At the age of 10 the owner broke his first horse and a dream began. Tri-Cross has grown since then and has moved from Abilene, KS to Scranton, KS. We are in the process of remodeling a 100 year old house and barn on 10 acres ajoining the Corps of Engineer land North of Pamona Lake and the Kanza and Flint Hills Trails. A new indoor and outdoor arena are being established. Horse training, Horseshoeing, Horseboarding, Horsemanship lessons and Horseboarding are offered. There will be roping events held in the near future.

Training
We specialize in all-arounder training and ranch type working horse training. We have erena show experiance in western pleasure and horsemanship classes. There is roping training available for those that like to throw a rope. There is jackpot roping planned for the near future.

Trail Access
The facility ajoins the Corps of Engineers Land in the Pamona Lake area with the Kanza and Flint Hills Nature Trails in the vacinity. There are hundreds of miles of trails to enjoy and campsites available on Tri-Cross Ranch property.
