La Casa Julotta is located on a paved private road, nestled in the foothills just west of the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library. This equestrian facility is an established horse boarding facility, obtaining its LLC in April, 2000. From the hilltop, there is a spectacular 360º view, with absolutely breathtaking views of the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library, Tierra Rejada Golf Course, avocado farms, nearby ranch facilities, golf driving range, and on a clear day you can even see the Pacific Ocean and Channel Islands. This property enjoys a gentle ocean breeze beginning in late Spring and continuing into the early Fall.

With such easy access from the 23, 118 and 101 freeways accommodates all possible needs, yet is far enough from the city to retain that relaxing country flavor. All weather roads make easy access during rainy seasons to pastures and corrals. Grading of roads for water control and the use of underground storm drains to control water run-off to heavily traveled areas. Equestrian facilities include: 2 arenas with a dressage arena in the works, 1 round pen, bull pen coming, turn-out, wash rack, hitching posts. Including 4 rail 20x20, 20x24 and 24x24 pipe corrals with covers, 6 pastures/paddocks. All pastures and corrals are on automatic waters. Picnic area next to a very large Lilly filled pond adds ambience for your enjoyment. The pond becomes a favorite winter vacation spot for migrating water fowl.

Paddocks starting @ $195, large covered corrals, 20 x 20 starting @ $300, 24 x 24 starting @ $350. Standard feeding 2x's daily, with option of multiple feeings per day. Several types of feeds available. Shavings option at additional charge. All corrals covered with auto waters. Trainer on premises for you and/or your horse. Sale horses. You can design your own boarding/feeding/training plan.
