BTA was a dream, many tears ago when I was a young girl . I knew it was something that I wanted to do
With my life , breed, train and ride beautiful horses. The journey has taken me to a place I can do just that. That success is all because of my late husband Benny Ralph Smith, he told me to hold on to my dreams no matter how bumpy the road or high the mountain
BTA is a beautiful little farm that sits on 28.77 acres of rolling lush pastures. Turn out paddocks, 120 x 65 outdoor arena, a96 x 50 barn with a covered riding arena, another stallion
Barn that is 75 x 36 with large tack room, we have training trails on the farm to ride or pony our halter horses, a little brick home right next to the barns , we can see and hear our horses at all times. We have
A full time furrier and a full time person that is at the farm when we are at endurance rides or shows

We love the sport of endurance riding , I have been a member of AERC since 1970 and have over 7050 miles to date with only 15 pulls . I have taken many riders through there first endurance experience , also sponsored jr riders and gotten new horses through first time rides BTA is very hands on with our horses , and we help people enjoy there horse either showing or endurance riding
I owe some of my successes to the legend Tom McNair, he taught me how to handle
Stallions and to understand them. What I learned most was how to put good basics on a horse and to be consistent with it. So they will have a good foundation. Most horses today are hurried into the showering
And never get what they need.
BTA breeds a few mares each for clients or personal , we are always keeping the Egyptian Event in mind and love to show there we have a 2011 EBC entry that we will be breeding
For to a real special mare that has produced gorgeous babies this is a new journey to look forward to
